Description
This second generation of MDmesh™ technology,
applies the benefits of the multiple drain process
to STMicroelectronics’ well-known PowerMESH™
horizontal layout structure. The resulting product
offers improved on-resistance, low gate charge,
high dv/dt capability and excellent avalanche
characteristics.
